The older I get, the more I realize that life is all about relationships: friends, family, clients, client/friends, the awesome guy at McDonald’s that knows how I like my coffee, the sweetest waitress ever at El Vaquero who always has a smile for me and my friends. You get the idea. I am always so grateful for the positive people in my life. Leigh is one of those people. She’s always got a smile on her face and when you see her with the sweet kiddos at Ascension Preschool, you know she’s doing a job she’s meant to do. So, I was pretty stoked to get to photograph her cute as a button, soccer playing daughter, Lindsay. We decided to do her senior photos at Scioto Mile.
We met at in front of Milestone 229 and had all kinds of senior photo fun!
That giggle is completely adorable!!
Being a photographer in Columbus is quite the blessing. Columbus has all the photo opportunities you could want. From breathtaking green spaces to the gritty city to artistic murals and upscale urban. The Scioto Mile brings the last one and it does it oh so well. Lindsay’s reflection, the recognizable AEP building and black and white tones come together for an image that just makes my heart so happy. Black and white always brings the emotion.
Finishing this post with a giggly image seems appropriate. It’s a peek into Lindsay’s personality and it’s how I felt by the end of this session.
