German Village is an absolute gem amongst Columbus neighborhoods. The architecture is quaint. Cobblestone streets have amazing character and plopped right in the middle of it all is the most beautiful city park. So, when I get an opportunity to do a senior session at Schiller Park in German Village, I am excited for the chance. It’s one of my favorite spots in town. On this particular Sunday, I had 3 sessions in a row, there. Woo hoo!
One of the main reasons this park is so incredibly beautiful is the hard work of the Friends of Schiller Park. They work hard to maintain the park and their work with the Huntington Garden is stunning! Gorgeous at all times! Add a gorgeous high school senior named Faith and what you have is a perfect senior session at Schiller park. Perfect.
Clothing choices
Faith gives me a great opportunity to discuss clothing choices for sessions. She had two dresses and one casual outfit. That’s a great mix of looks.
The first dress was short and white. It had sweet little sleeves. The white made it a good neutral option and let’s face it, with her skin tone and hair color, it was a fantastic neutral option. Her next dress was a soft periwinkle color. It’s a more unique choice in the color world and I love that she went that route. That color really popped amongst the greenery of the park (as shown above). Her final outfit was jeans and a cute top. Again, she chose a soft color that worked really well when we went away from the greenery and into the architecture of German Village. Her choices were so good!
